COMMISSION INFORMATION -
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
WHAT ARE THEY?
Personal commissions are unique horror portraits completed by myself for personal use, not commercial use. You will receive both a high resolution digital copy of the finished portrait and a printed copy sent to your address (this is included in the quote price).
I only offer limited commission spaces per month on a first come, first serve basis.
WHAT TYPE OF COMMISSIONS DO YOU OFFER?
I am happy to do most commissions, so long as I feel that I am capable of completing the request to a high standard - for example, I won't take on pieces that require colour as I am a black and grey artist. Please be mindful of this prior contacting me to book a commission slot.
HOW MUCH ARE THEY AND HOW LONG DO THEY TAKE?
Pricing is dependent on what you're looking to get done - typical standard horror portraits cost a minimum of £120. For additional portraits in the design, or extra details/backgrounds there will be additional costs depending on the complexity desired. I’m happy to discuss payment plans if the quote price is exceptionally high or if it’s more beneficial to you.
Depending on the complexity of the design, it can take 2-3 weeks to complete commissions. If I feel your design is complex and may take longer, I will discuss this with you prior to you paying the deposit.
HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU TO BOOK A COMMISSION?
Please only contact me about booking in a commission slot if you've read through this information and are happy to go ahead with paying the deposit the same day/day after. If I don’t hear back from you within 48 hours of discussing it, you’ll lose your spot.

COMMISSION PROCESS
- Contact me to discuss what you're looking to get done, we can discuss the quote price and the deposit amount, and the rough time scale I'll be working on.
I'll need:
- A rough description of what you're looking to get
- Reference images
- I'll book you in for a commission slot - I only have a few slots available per month and they go quickly, so please be mindful of this if you need something done soon, particularly if it’s a complicated design.
- I'll contact you around the time I've booked you in to start the commission - please send over any additional reference images that may be required.
- Before I start the portrait I'll send you a rough sketch - we can alter anything you'd like to change or add in. After this is checked I can start the horror portrait.
- Once finished I'll send you a watermarked preview to check you're happy with the final piece - then I can email you the digital copy and we can arrange what size print you'd like and the address it needs to be sent to. There is no watermark on the finished copy sent to you.
- The remainder of the payment is due (not applicable if we've discussed a payment plan).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Any commissions created are not featured as part of the prints available via my store - if you commission a piece, it’s for your use only. I won’t reproduce the design for resale use.
- Please note if we discuss a payment plan and you fail to pay the whole amount I can refuse the right to finish/send your commission piece to you.
- Commissions - unless otherwise stated, are for personal use ONLY. You are not permitted to use the design for financial gain or to reproduce the design for anything other than personal use.
- You cannot change your commission halfway through - the idea we discuss as your pay your deposit is what I’ll work on and finish. If there are minor changes you’d like to make I’m happy to discuss this with you, but I can’t change the whole design.
- If I’m running over the timescale that we discussed or feel the design may take longer to complete, I will let you know.
- Deposits are non-refundable and I don’t accept whole refunds for designs that are completed.
- By paying the deposit you’re agreeing to these terms and conditions
