COMMISSION INFORMATION

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

WHAT ARE THEY?

I create custom horror portraits available for both personal and commercial use. Each commission is tailored to your vision, whether you need a chilling piece for yourself or to gift to a fellow ghoul, or striking artwork for your business, branding, or merchandise.

You’ll receive a high-resolution digital copy of the finished portrait, with the option to include a printed version. Pricing varies based on project complexity.

Commission slots are limited each month and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Reach out to secure your spot!

WHAT TYPE OF COMMISSIONS DO YOU OFFER?

I’m open to most commissions, as long as I’m confident I can deliver them to a high standard. I gladly create pieces for personal use as well as commercial or band-related projects, but commercial intent must be disclosed at the time of booking.

HOW MUCH ARE THEY AND HOW LONG DO THEY TAKE?

Pricing is based on the complexity of the design, with standard horror portraits starting at a minimum of £200. Additional portraits, intricate details, or complex backgrounds will incur extra costs depending on the level of detail required.

A 25% deposit of the quoted price is required to secure your commission. Completion typically takes 2-4 weeks, but for more intricate designs, I’ll discuss any extended timelines with you before you pay the deposit.

HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU TO BOOK A COMMISSION?

Please only reach out to book a commission if you’ve read this information and are ready to pay the deposit within the same day or the following day. If I don’t hear back from you within 48 hours of our discussion, your slot will be released.

To book a commission, email me at eternalhorrorprints@gmail.com—please do not DM me on Facebook or Instagram, as I may not see your message. Email ensures our conversation stays organized.

Commission Process

  1. Initial Inquiry & Booking
Contact me to discuss your idea, and we’ll go over the quote, deposit amount, and estimated timeline. I’ll need:

    • A rough description of what you’d like
    • Any reference images you have

If you decide to proceed, I’ll book you into a commission slot. Spaces are limited each month and fill up quickly, so if you need a piece done soon—especially a complex one—please keep this in mind.

  2. Starting the Commission
Around the time your slot begins, I’ll reach out for any additional reference images if needed.

  3. Sketch Approval
Before starting the final piece, I’ll send you a rough sketch for review. You can request any adjustments at this stage. Once approved, I’ll proceed with creating your horror portrait.

  4. Final Approval & Delivery
When the artwork is complete, I’ll send you a watermarked preview to confirm you’re happy with the final result. Once approved:

    • I’ll email you the high-resolution digital copy (without a watermark).
    • We’ll arrange the print size and shipping details for your physical copy.
    • The remaining balance is due.

Terms & Conditions

  • Commissioned artwork is exclusive to you and will not be reproduced or sold as prints in my store. Your commissioned piece is for your use only.

  • If we agree on a payment plan and the full amount is not paid, I reserve the right to withhold the final artwork.

  • Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, commissions are for personal use only. You may not use the design for financial gain, reproduction, or any commercial purposes beyond personal use.

  • Once your deposit is paid, the concept we agree on is final. While minor adjustments can be discussed, major changes or a complete redesign are not possible after work has begun.

  • If your commission takes longer than the estimated timeline, I will keep you updated on progress.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, and I do not offer full refunds for completed designs.

By paying the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
