Please note due to the COVID-19 pandemic there may be postal delays out of our control. We post orders every Wednesday and Friday. Please also note that unless you have opted for Tracked Delivery at the checkout, we cannot track your order once in transit. 
 
UK Orders -
All UK orders are posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class - this typically takes 2-4 days to arrive but may take longer when there are Royal Mail delays. Any orders with standard delivery selected will not be able to be tracked once dropped to the post office. 
If you would prefer to track your order please select the Tracked option at the delivery selection - all tracked orders will be sent via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked. 
Due to COVID delays it may take 1-3 weeks for your UK order to arrive from the dispatch date. 
 
International Shipping and EU Import VAT Charges -
 
All International orders are posted via Royal Mail International Standard - there is no tracking available on orders sent via International Standard. 
If you would prefer to track your order please select the Tracked option at the delivery section - all tracked orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. 
Due to COVID-19, Brexit and mandatory Customs Procedures there may be delays once we have dispatched your order. We are not responsible for any delays due to COVID/Customs Procedures or issues with the Postal Office Logistical Services. 
If you are purchasing from us from within the EU please note that from 1st July 2021 all EU orders will be subject to import VAT which is payable by the customer upon the order's arrival at the county of import - we are not responsible for these charges and any fees must be paid by the customer. 
Due to COVID delays it may take 6-8 weeks for your International order to arrive from the dispatch date.
 
Refunds and Lost Orders - 
 

We happily accept returns and exchanges with prior correspondence. Please contact us if you would like to return your items. Please note we do not cover any shipping costs / fees for order returns. 

If you have received damaged items - whether damaged in transit etc. please contact us straight away with your order number and photographic evidence of any damage so we can either issue a refund or replacement for you. 

APPAREL REFUND POLICY - As all of our apparel is made to order in house we are unable to accept refunds for apparel due to sizing errors (unless the error is on our behalf). Please make sure to carefully check the size guides before ordering apparel. 
If orders have been evidently damaged in transit we will offer a replacement order - we will not replace orders that have been accidentally damaged by the customer (not washing apparel according to washing instructions, etc.) Refunds will not be issued until photographic evidence of the order damage has been sent and it has been deemed the courier's fault. 
If you are worried your order may have been lost in transit please ensure you have waited the estimated delivery time for your region (1-3 weeks for UK, 6-8 weeks for International, both from the order's original dispatch date).
