Order Processing Times - 

*15/05 - Please note we have temporarily upped our order processing timescale to up to 14 working days as we are currently in the process of moving house, which includes packing up and moving our office stock. We aim to get all orders out ASAP but please allow a few extra days for your orders to be processed during this busy time for us - thank you! ♥*

 

Turnaround Times - 

 

Some items in our shop are made to order and therefore have different turnaround times to others. Please read below for our turnaround times for each item. 

Art Prints - 3-10 business days (not including bank holidays)

Stickers/Badges - 3-10 business days (not including bank holidays)

Keyrings - 3-10 business days (not including bank holidays)

Notebooks - 3-10 business days (not including bank holidays)

Custom Size Prints - up to 14 business days (made to order, not including bank holidays)

Apparel (T-Shirts, Hoodies etc.) - up to 14 business days (made to order, not including bank holidays)

Customisable Wedding Items - up to 14 business days (made to order, not including bank holidays)

Preorder Items - TBD - please make sure you read the preorder information on the item description 

Please be aware that these turnaround times may be longer during busier seasons (Halloween, Christmas) - we will always keep you updated via our website and social media if there are any delays or issues with keeping to our processing times.
